We are a husband and wife team - creating property portfolios through ethical investing and wealth creation in the Greater Aberdeen area as well as the wider UK. We specialise in finding and packaging excellent investments for our investors, and bringing to life empty or under-utilised property in the commercial and residential sector. We work with developers, property owners and clients in these sectors, using our education to provide creative solutions to property investment.
Fallon Wright Property takes the names of our maternal grandmothers - two extraordinary women whose nurture and inspiration continue to be a major driving force. Our business is driven by these family values - honesty, integrity and a deep pride in our work. We strive to maintain excellent relationships with our clients, partners and investors - underpinned by open and transparent communication and an understanding what is important to us and others.

Stuart and Stacey McMorran first met in 2006, united by a shared love of music and education. After marrying in New Zealand in 2008, they spent four inspiring years in Qatar as school heads of department, before returning to the UK to launch a creative performing arts company — delivering high-energy, STOMP-style performances and workshops for children and corporate teams alike.
A few years later, their journey took them back to Qatar for another two years of teaching and setting up a new school, followed by time spent travelling and reflecting on what they wanted next in life. The loss of close family members in 2020 prompted a move to Scotland, where they continued teaching whilst renovating our first home together.
Stuart had already completed several successful property renovations over the years, but working on projects together reignited their shared passion for property. From that point, our focus naturally evolved — combining creativity, discipline, and education into a growing commitment to property investment and helping themselves and others build their own paths to financial freedom.
