Our Story
We’re Stuart and Stacey McMorran, a husband-and-wife property consultancy based in Aberdeen.
We work primarily on the buyer’s side of the property market, helping investors, landlords, homebuyers and people relocating to Aberdeen find, assess and acquire the right property.
For investors, that means sourcing both on-market and off-market opportunities, carrying out the research and due diligence, assessing the numbers and condition, and giving an independent view before they commit. For homebuyers and relocators, we provide the same local knowledge and buyer-side support to help them make informed decisions with confidence.
We also work closely with landlords, property owners, letting agents and other property professionals, connecting good buyers with genuine opportunities and finding practical solutions when circumstances require something different from a conventional sale.
We’re not estate agents. We don’t work for the seller.
We work for the buyer.
Our Approach
Fallon Wright takes its name from our maternal grandmothers — two remarkable women whose strength, kindness and values still influence how we do business.
For us, good property consultancy is built on straightforward advice, proper research, clear communication and doing what you say you’ll do.
We’re not here to convince someone that every property is a good opportunity. Sometimes our most valuable advice is to walk away.
Whether we’re sourcing an investment, inspecting a property, representing a homebuyer or helping a landlord find a solution, our starting point is always the same:

We’re Stuart and Stacey McMorran, the husband-and-wife team behind Fallon Wright Property.
Before property became our full-time business, we both spent many years in education, including seven years living and working overseas in Qatar. Teaching might seem a long way from property, but many of the things we learned there still shape how we work today — listen carefully, communicate clearly, do your homework and never assume everyone needs the same solution.
Our own experience of buying, renovating and investing in property gave us an equally valuable education. We learned how much difference good local knowledge makes, how easily the numbers can change once you look beneath the surface, and why the property that looks best on Rightmove isn't necessarily the one you should buy.
That experience ultimately became Fallon Wright.
Today, we’re an independent property consultancy based in Aberdeen, working primarily on the buyer’s side of the market. We help investors, landlords, homebuyers and people relocating to Aberdeen find, assess and acquire property with greater confidence.
We source opportunities, research the market, inspect properties, analyse the numbers and ask the questions a buyer may not know to ask. We also work closely with landlords, property owners, letting agents and other professionals, which often gives us access to opportunities and local information that can't be found simply by searching the portals.
There are two of us for a reason. We often notice different things, ask different questions and approach a property from different angles. That second perspective can be particularly valuable when someone is about to make a significant financial decision.
We don't believe every property is an opportunity, and we're quite comfortable saying when we think someone should walk away.
That's really what Fallon Wright has become: independent, experienced eyes and ears on the ground for people buying property in Aberdeen.
