Rental Relocation Support
For people relocating to Aberdeen or Aberdeenshire who want local help finding somewhere to settle.
We'll help you understand the area, shortlist suitable homes, liaise with letting agents and support you through to securing your tenancy.
Includes up to 4 viewings and a 12-week active search.
£395 when we begin. £400 when your tenancy is secured.
Buying later?
£250 will be credited towards Buyer Support or Full Buyer Representation if you instruct us within 12 months of your move.
Buyer Support
For buyers who've already started their search but would value local knowledge, independent advice and someone firmly on their side.
We'll help you assess the areas and homes you're considering, liaise with agents, view properties when needed and support you with the Home Report, offer and buying process through to completion.
Includes up to 3 viewings and a 12-week active search.
£595 when we begin. £995 when your purchase completes.
Full Buyer Representation
For buyers who want us representing them from the start of their search through to securing their new home.
We'll help you understand where to live, search and shortlist suitable homes, liaise with agents, attend viewings and support you with the Home Report, offer and negotiation.
Includes up to 6 viewings and a 12-week active search.
Once you've found the right home, we stay alongside you through to completion and moving day.
£995 when we begin. £1,495 when your purchase completes.
